Essential R6070 has been particularly well received because it is fully-formulated and ready to be applied. This water-based acrylic/urethane coating protects decorative concrete from:

• Household chemical spills
• Wear due to foot traffic
• U.V. light

Essential R6070 also offers the following benefits:

• Low VOC content (<250 g/L less water)
• Low odor
• One-component system - no further cross-linking required

If your customer would like to formulate their own sealer/top coat, they can use Essential R6010 as the base polymer for Essential R6070.

If lower VOC's are the issue, Essential has the answer. Essential's self-cross-linking polymer, R6015, can be formulated into a coating with VOC's of less than 150 g/l.

Essential's hybrid technology allows formulators to save money while lowering their VOC's.

Impossible, you say? Not so! Essential R4370 urethane/acrylic hybrid does not contain n-mp or any other solvents; its VOC content is only 51 g/L. By replacing traditional PUD's with Essential R4370, chemists have more flexibility in formulating to lower and lower VOC's, while at the same time saving money!
